Social Media Strategy Revamp
I led a full social media strategy revamp for Fat Pants Brewing Company, with strategy and learnings also applied across Flying Cloud Infused Beverages. The focus was on improving discoverability, consistency, and engagement through platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
This work involved planning and executing monthly content calendars, designing on-brand graphics, and producing short-form video aligned with current platform trends and audience behavior. Content strategy emphasized events, brand personality, and timely trends to keep the accounts active, relevant, and easy to engage with.
Through ongoing performance tracking and trend analysis, I continuously refined content direction to improve reach and engagement. The strategy now drives an average of 1.09M monthly views, 1.02M reach, and 88.3K engagements per month, with 15.03K profile visits and an average of 517 new followers added each month.
Spend Your Summer at Fat Pants Campaign
I led a summer campaign focused on increasing family engagement and repeat visits while reinforcing Fat Pants as a community-friendly space.
My work included creating campaign graphics, in-store displays, and BOGO beer punch cards, ensuring the campaign was consistently represented across both digital and on-site touchpoints. To expand reach beyond existing audiences, I led influencer marketing efforts with local, family-focused creators, resulting in strong organic visibility, including one video that generated 95K views.
I also managed paid social spend for the campaign, overseeing targeting, creative direction, and performance optimization. The campaign generated $22,993.97 in additional revenue on $1,300 in ad spend, demonstrating the impact of combining organic content, influencer partnerships, and paid media.

Fat Pants Brewing Company is a Minnesota-based brewery known for its craft beer, creative events, and strong community presence. They are my primary employer and also brew Flying Cloud Infused Beverages, where I also serve as the Social Media and Content Strategist. Fat Pants continues to expand its reach through innovative marketing, large-scale events, and partnerships that highlight its role as a dynamic, community-driven business.
Social Media and Content Strategist (Jan. 2025 - Present)
As a Social Media and Content Strategist, I lead day-to-day content and marketing efforts for Fat Pants Brewing Company, with additional support for Flying Cloud Infused Beverages. My work focuses on building brand awareness, promoting events, and creating content that connects with people in a way that feels natural, clear, and on-brand.
I manage social media strategy and content creation within a broader marketing mix, overseeing more than seven content calendars across channels such as email, organic social, website content, display assets, PR support, and in-house marketing. This work includes content planning, graphic design, caption writing, short-form video, and managing the monthly email newsletter. I also create in-house promotional materials, such as table tents and event graphics, to highlight upcoming events and specials within the brewery. I stay closely connected to performance insights and audience behavior and collaborate with leadership and internal teams to align content and marketing efforts with broader business goals, including audience growth, community engagement, and revenue support.
Event marketing is another major part of my role at Fat Pants Brewing Company. I design event graphics, detailed flyers, and promotional materials that clearly communicate details while staying consistent with the brand’s visual identity. Each event is supported across multiple channels, including social media, website updates, and email marketing, so messaging stays cohesive no matter where someone discovers it. This work spans recurring events, ticketed programming, and private bookings, with an emphasis on clarity and consistency.
I also create marketing materials for catering, private events, and ongoing brand needs. This includes email campaigns, flyers, branded lookbooks, and digital assets used across both print and online platforms. This work includes developing a wedding-focused lookbook that maintains the Fat Pants brand voice while presenting the space as a polished, formal setting suitable for weddings and private events.
I keep a close eye on trends, performance, and what’s working so I can adjust quickly and keep our messaging fresh. One of the most meaningful moments in this role was hearing from a customer who drove over 400 miles to visit the brewery after finding us online. It was a clear reminder that thoughtful content can turn into real-world action.
